Insurance
White Orchid Therapy and Wellness is in-network with Aetna, Blue Cross and Blue Shield, Highmark, Optum/United Healthcare and select Independence Blue Cross (IBX) PPO plans.
If your insurance plan is not in network, you may still be able to use your out-of-network benefits. Upon request, White Orchid Therapy and Wellness can provide a detailed receipt (known as a Superbill) that you can submit to your insurance company for possible reimbursement.
Insurance coverage and benefits vary by plan. We encourage you to contact your insurance company by calling the member services or behavioral health number on the back of your insurance card to verify your mental health benefits, confirm that White Orchid Therapy and Wellness is in-network with your specific plan, and understand any copays, deductibles, or authorization requirements before your first appointment.
Late Cancellations
Life happens and sometimes things will come up unexpectedly between sessions. White Orchid Therapy and Wellness offers scheduling flexibility to allow you to cancel and reschedule your appointment when needed. Please contact the office as soon as possible to allow your appointment time to be made available to someone else and to avoid a late cancellation fee.
There is a full session late-cancellation fee for any missed, rescheduled, or late sessions that are within 24-hours of your scheduled appointment time. Thank you for your understanding.
